    1. It is basically calling out how obvious solutions are often ignored in favor of control-based ones

I feel like the lady should’ve said pizza parties since that’s their answer for productivity any other time. I am lactose intolerant but love pizza so every friggin time they order cheap ass pizza you know Im eating too much (also due to a lack of shame) and making myself bloated and sleepy. This also usually necessitates like six bathroom breaks which is a blessing and a curse.

    3. have you tried not applying for a job you don’t like, or quit when you find that out?..

The usually evil insurance industry could deny the arson claim by saying the company failed to pay a living wage and thus caused the fire through their own negligence of employees?

Ha, jk even if they did that the company would still pay employees the same and just double the price of toilet paper.

I mean…it just sets a terrible precedent. Anytime an employee burns down the business a demand is met?

    7. I wonder if he’s going to get a consecutive sentence for each and every employee and firefighter who he put at risk. I can’t imagine he serves less than 20 years. California can be harsher on crime than a lot of red states.
